Tracy is a true professional in every sense of the word. There is no question that she had our best interest at heart every step of the way. The result is that we would recommend her to anyone and everyone; and already have. In fact, I was skeptical about a year ago when we started thinking about moving when I saw the 2.5% that a realtor would make. Now I know that the correct word is “earn” because Tracy has worked so hard for us and made the end of our story possible.<br/><br/>About a year ago when we thought about listing our house, we were in a position like so many others where we didn’t think we would sell for what we owed. Given the inventory in our neighborhood, Tracy gave us great advice and sure enough, we sold quickly and for far more than we thought possible.<br/><br/>In terms of finding us a home to buy, she was great. We were picky and knew exactly what we wanted and where we wanted it. We had it down to neighborhoods in one city. She knew this and worked tirelessly to find the right house for us. She even had flyers sent to houses in those neighborhoods saying she wasn’t looking for a listing but that she had serious buyers. Again, she focused on us not herself. When the perfect house came on the market, we were in it the next day, had an offer written up that evening, and she was negotiating on our behalf the next day. We even needed a short term, fully furnished rental to get us through the time gap from closing date to closing date and she helped with that too. <br/><br/>Now, as we wait to move into our new home in a few weeks, she’s helping with lining up painters, working with the owner to get flooring matches and information, and just about everything else. <br/><br/>The long and the short of it is that Tracy has been unbelievable. For anyone who wonders about the “value” of a full-service realtor, I can assure you, you will get the value 10-fold with Tracy.
