We had an amazing experience working with our agent, Lydia, from start to finish. Being new to the Sacramento area after moving from SoCal, we really appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the area, along with how available and responsive she was during such a competitive market. She always made time for us to view homes on the days we requested, and her positive energy made the entire process enjoyable and exciting. She truly went above and beyond, and the entire escrow process went fast and smoothly. Even after closing, she continued helping us with house maintenance referral recommendations since we were new to Sacramento. We are so grateful for all of her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Margo is the best! From start to finish she was always on top of things, even when she wasn't feeling well. She answered all of our first-timer questions making the process as easy for us to understand as possible. Thanks to Margo’s consistent effort we found a wonderful home. Later on when the seller tried to back out of the agreed terms of the sale she wouldn't let it happen. I was so impressed because at that point she could have moved on to another client but she made sure the contract was honored. We're so glad she was on our team. Thank you so much Margo. - Jesse and Katelyn
