One of the things we appreciated most was how much she handled behind the scenes. She stayed on top of all the details so we could really focus on finding the home we loved. She also never made us feel pressured to buy a certain home. She was always willing to show us as many houses as we wanted, and it was clear that she genuinely wanted us to be happy with our final decision. We had many long phone conversations, sometimes late at night, and she was always willing to speak with us until all of our questions were answered. We never felt rushed, and she was consistently patient and generous with her time. She was also extremely knowledgeable when it came to the paperwork. She explained contingencies, timelines, and every step of the process in depth, and she answered all of our questions thoroughly. Because of that, we always felt informed and confident that we were in good hands. We’re so grateful for her help and guidance throughout the process. She truly went the extra mile for us, and we would absolutely work with her again.
