We chose Cindy Hazard to be our realtor because of her marketing finesse, her commitment to networking and her professionalism. She has the most pleasant demeanor and helped navigate our unique family dynamic. She was always a phone call or text away when we had questions, scheduled regular check ins with us and was patient with our demands and needs. She also has a way of communicating with people when we are not all in agreement. We also appreciated her calm voice and her encouragement and the knowledge she shared about market conditions and comps, recent sales, her willingness to hold open houses and brokers opens to work around our schedule. She really was there for us throughout the entire process, even has great recommendations for vendors if you need to spruce up the place before the listing. My wife and I knew it would be a struggle finding a new home on the westside of Los Angeles while splitting time between Pasadena and La Quinta but somehow Steve, Ceinwyn and Tess made it all work. It was truly a marathon hunt for a perfect home involving countless showings all the way across town and we were accommodated and heard every step of the way. Homes go exceedingly fast in the South Bay where we landed and Steve handled all our concerns and questions with grace, honesty and care. I knew from the minute Costanza arrived at our house that she would be the one. She exudes an air of confidence while remaining personable and friendly. She's professional and does everything possible to get the house ready for sale without breaking the bank. She told me more than once not to spend money on 'that' (whatever my concern was at the time), and yet wasn't hesitant to help us see where we should spend money. Costanza was easy to work with and very helpful. We had already moved to a new town, and couldn't have done it without her assistance. She will always be a friend - it's hard not to enjoy her company. I highly recommend Costanza Genoese Zerbi and her excellent associate, Neil Edmonds, whether you're listing or looking to buy.
