It was apparent from our first meeting that they had already done their homework. Their market knowledge and professionalism was awesome. Based on their research, we listed the property for more than we were thinking and got three offers in the first week on the market...even one over asking price. They made the entire process so easy for us. They helped us find contractors quickly to do the minor repairs needed and were in constant communication with us throughout it all. They even paid to have the house cleaned by a professional crew for us. We will certainly be using Tricia and Carol in the future and I would definitely recommend them to anybody for your real estate needs.
Fernando is no doubt the best realtor around, but he also has a great loan team. Him and his team work well together, stay on top of any documents, the seller and the buyer during the approval process. If we need to walk at house on short notice he there, if we had a question he always picked up. It was a pleasure working with him and I recommend him over any other realtor in the Inland Empire, he good at what he does and his just a great person.
