Sandy Rodriguez was a wonderful realtor! My partner and I are first-time home buyers and Sandy made us feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. She was very professional, answering our questions promptly and making herself very available. Sandy has a warm and caring demeanor and an authenticity which put us at ease. She was honest when presenting the highlights but also areas that might need work in every home we toured. Additionally, we felt heard in terms of the specific details we were looking for in a house which made the house-touring process efficient and seamless. We truly felt cared for by Sandy and we could tell that she had our best interests in mind particularly when it came time to negotiate during the escrow process. Moreover, Sandy has excellent communication skills which was immensely appreciated as we navigated the entire process and successfully closed on our house.
