Full Disclosure. Tiffany Flowers is my Daughter, so of course my comments are infused with my Deep Love for her. However, Tiffany’s expertise, in locating our future home, creating a workable relationship with the seller’s broker, advising my wife and I along each step of the bidding, purchase and escrow process was exemplary. My wife and I suffered severe financial and emotional loss as the result of losing our home, which we had owned for 29 years, during the Eaton Canyon Fire, in January of 2025. After investigating and wavering for over a year on whether to rebuild, we finally decided to search for a new home. Tiffany walked us through the process and directed us to our future home, on the day it became available on the market. She guided us every step of the way, efficiently communicated with the sellers’ real estate broker, our mortgage agent and escrow agents. Our buying process was handled in a thoroughly professional and timely manner. Tiffany was morally and legally appropriate throughout our home buying process.

Lauren is a seasoned professional and a joy to work with. She is cool under pressure and dealing with the chaos and curveballs of real estate. I’ve done several transactions with Lauren but this one was the first one in which I was selling and buying at the same time, so it was challenging to get the timing right. There was a lot of juggling, and dealing with open houses, staging, contractors, and even my dogs. I was living in the property so we had to work around my schedule. Her team of Monique, Haley, and the others are also super professional and nice. I tried not to bother them on the weekends but they were all available any time I had a concern.
