Impossible to know where to start! From navigating the sale of a family complex to making sure all sides of a deal are covered to simultaneously helping us find a new home clear on the other side of town, Steve, Ceinwyn and Tess moved mountains to make sure we were taken care of in every possible way. Our property was owned by two generations of people with very different ideas on how to sell it and every step of they Steve was reassuring, professional and knowledgeable without ever pressuring anyone into making what were -clearly- the right decisions. We could not recommend Steve and his team more!

Lauren is a seasoned professional and a joy to work with. She is cool under pressure and dealing with the chaos and curveballs of real estate. I’ve done several transactions with Lauren but this one was the first one in which I was selling and buying at the same time, so it was challenging to get the timing right. There was a lot of juggling, and dealing with open houses, staging, contractors, and even my dogs. I was living in the property so we had to work around my schedule. Her team of Monique, Haley, and the others are also super professional and nice. I tried not to bother them on the weekends but they were all available any time I had a concern. She is a tough negotiator and made sure I didn’t get hit with any unnecessary costs from the transaction. She even negotiated a new stove for me which I never would have considered! I’ll definitely hire her for my next transaction!
