Patrick demonstrated in depth understanding of the market and the houses in the Oakland area. He is fast at responding messages/emails. He helped me scheduled inspections and followed up with quotes on fixes the house needs post closing. He went into the crawspace with me to understand any issues within the house and explained things to me clearly. It was a pleasure working with Patrick!

Patrick is a master negotiator, and I'm still not entirely sure how he pulled our purchase off. He read the other side better than they read themselves — figured out what actually mattered to them, what didn't, and shaped our offer so it won without us overpaying for the privilege. Then came the detail work: he caught things buried in the disclosures I would have skimmed right past, tracked every deadline, and never once made me chase him for an answer. "Great negotiator" is the easy compliment. What really got us the house was how completely prepared he was before he ever picked up the phone.

Working with Regina Jacobs was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and had a deep understanding of the Bay Area real estate market and what it takes to successfully sell a home. Throughout the entire process, Regina’s work ethic, communication, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence. From her vision for staging the home to expertly guiding us through negotiations and closing, every step was handled with care and professionalism. Thanks to Regina’s expertise, we were able to close on an excellent deal, and I truly believe we wouldn’t have achieved the same outcome without her guidance and dedication. I am incredibly grateful for everything she did and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Regina, for all of your hard work. Wishing you continued success in the future!
