This was our third transaction with Tami, having previously sold a house and bought the property we just sold here. Her knowledge of the local housing market and guidance around how to navigate it have been invaluable for us as both buyers and sellers. She understands the current trends, but also has a depth of historical knowledge that she draws on to strategize the timing and investment considerations that matter most. She truly looks out for her clients' best interests and will tell you hard truths to put you in the best position possible. We trust her completely and have been totally rewarded for that trust.

Tami is exceptional. Not only is she a responsive, kind and engaged communicator who was always happy to pick up the phone to answer a question anytime we would call, she also knows everybody! She’s been doing this for 20 years, and every realtor we encountered had a good story to share about her. She connected us to the best inspectors, contractors, painters, stager, etc. to get our house sold extremely quickly (a week & a half!) for a price that far exceeded my expectation. Besides being a rockstar agent with incredible connections, savvy, and experience, Tami is just an amazing person. Grounded, kind, and with a great sense of humor, I feel happy to know her.
