Darrin’s experience and knowledge of the market and made our home selling and buying process absolutely seamless. My husband and I were nervous since this was our first time selling a home. We had the following concerns: would the list price of our home reflect what we have put into it? Would the selling price be enough to help us purchase our new home? Would our agent help us find the right home for us? Would our agent make our offer on replacement property stand out? With Darrin, the answer to all the questions was yes. Darrin is very responsive and made himself available at any time of day to answer our questions and give us updates throughout the process. Darrin’s expertise and strategy got us above listing price on the house we sold and got our offer accepted on the house we wanted! Darrin genuinely loves what he does and it shows when he is able to make the process a fun and exciting one. Throughout the home selling/buying experience, Darrin was very professional but made us feel more like friends than clients. Even after we moved into our new home Darrin has reached out to wish us well and has given us some great recommendations for home furnishing/decor stores. We will definitely be sending our friends and family to Darrin when they’re ready to sell!

We were out visiting colleges with our kids while our house was listed for sale. We were concerned about our belongings and Faviola took the extra step to be there for every showing, even when she wasn’t representing the buyer. We felt at ease with her being there and was able to enjoy our trip. We had listed our house above the comps and above what Faviola recommended. We ended up accepting an offer that was below our asking but well above the comps and exactly what Faviola had recommended. She definitely had a good feel of the market and we are always happy with what she does for us.
