This is not the first time but second time and this time it was much bigger that he helped us to get us a big huge home of our dreams. Last year at same time he helped us get new home for us but then this year again he helped us get much much bigger home for us. We already knew about his great realtor skills and knowledge that he possess and comes up with the great strategies to build your offer look so attractive and outstanding that it gets you selected in this competitive market. This time while were in contract of buying this new big home for us there was a loan contingency situation where we felt and lost hope that we will not be able make it due to requirement of high cash reserves as we had couple of investment properties. But he didn't let us down and kept our hopes alive saying will make it work. He came up with different strategy and options that can be put to work and also introduced us to some great loan officers who helped us to work with loan and tight cash reserves required for closing.
