When I first started thinking about selling my home as I had a medical problem and found it difficult to navigate my life in a 2 story home, we had a meeting and she described the market; the specs on the market for my type of home in my district and sent me home with info to think about. She was not pushy or badgering me. I saw her in social situations and there wasn’t a ‘push’ nor a word to light a fire under me. Once I made my decision, she assisted me in my home sale by showing me what to do to ‘stage it’ and even came over to assist as I was unable physically to do some things. She also gave me 2 realtors names in the communities I was considering and both were extremely helpful. Once I chose where I decided on, everything was moving fast. Once my house was on the market she kept me abreast of all I needed to know. As this was during Covid height in California, there were some problems with my buyers’ buyer and although the delays were nerve racking, she reassured me through the process.
