Tim was a pleasure to work with. Selling a home can be very stressful and Tim really helped to lighten the load. He worked with various vendors and contractors to make my home sale ready. He dealt with my schedule as well as making sure everyone did their respective jobs in a very short timeline. When Tim saw something needed to be done and their was no one else to do it, he stepped in and stepped up. He was always available to answer my many questions and he was always professional, kind and understanding. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, understanding and kind, look no further.

Tim was awesome he made sure he was the one there to meet the vendors when I had to be on a meeting since I was working from home. If I had questions or concerns regarding the vendors he was right there to take care of the situation or get a second bid for me. Tim treated us like family and was genuinely concerned when my husband went to the hospital unexpectedly and contacted the realtor who was scheduled to come look at the house around the time we came home from the ER. I would highly recommend Tim and his team if anyone needs a realtor we never felt pressured by them. I would definitely use them again if I needed to. Because the housing market started to change as our house sold the house did not sell for what I thought it would but that had nothing to do with Tim's team. Like I said I would definitely use them again!

Working with Tim (and his brother John) was a great experience. They made the process to sell our home easy. I met with them as necessary to review comps, paperwork/forms, and purchase offers. They had all of the information and history necessary to make a good use of our time together. The process was efficient and succinct. Most notably, they coordinated cosmetic improvements to the home to "dress it up" for sale. The improvements were done on time and on budget. I didn't need to do anything. They used their contacts in the trades to arrange the work, met with the subject contractors, and ensured all of the work was done properly. In summary, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend their services.
