Joann had much patience with us. For us, patience was needed. We needed to know we had someone ready to assist us when we truly made the final decision in selling our home. We were back and forth, debating what would be best for us. When we finally decided, Joann made everything flow easy. We felt we were in good hands with her. She was very professional, yet made us feel more than just a client. Joann demonstrated great knowledge in the selling process. I had lots of compliments on the flyers and the sign that was put in front of the house. I’m grateful for Joann. She was heaven sent.
