We are out of town sellers for a co-op in Laguna Woods. We have never lived in that property so we knew from the beginning we needed an experienced agent and also someone who can help us coordinate all the renovation needed. She also is a very proactive agent. When she met my husband for the first time, she did her homework on the property and gave us a few pointers already. She is also a very good negotiator. She puts our interest first and yet is very diplomatic when negotiating with the buyer/buyer's agent. You definitely want someone as knowledgeable as Jeannie on your team. She goes above and beyond for her clients.
