250 real estate agents in Laguna Woods

We were shopping in a frenzied market with multiple offers flying at every listing. We were ready to jump at almost anything, but Fay kept us patient while others were losing their heads, running up the prices and overpaying for substandard properties. It took a while to find one, but patience paid off when a perfect view unit suddenly fell out of escrow and reappeared on the market at a reduced price. We quickly offered the asking price and the sellers accepted immediately. No bidding wars, no competition, no questionable shenanigans. Faye has excellent inside knowledge of Laguna Woods properties, policies and procedures. Her faith never wavered and her advice paid off in spades. She's also a fine, honest human being. I highly recommend her services.
