We just closed on a home we love--because of Deborah. Deborah listened to our needs and wants, then showed us houses that matched (usually after previewing herself). She always quizzed us on what we liked/didn't like about each house. After a bit, she said "Would you allow me to show you a few homes slightly outside your list?" Boy, am I glad we said yes! She got to know us better than we knew ourselves. Throughout the search Deborah was good natured and hard working. She pulled strings to get early and insightful reports on properties, she knocked on every door of a model we liked in one neighborhood to see if they would consider selling, and she went out multiple times looking at homes on our behalf, sending us photos and videos. When we finally chose our home, she was a great advocate during the sale process; while I was away on business, she handled several of the inspections and other issues as they came up. She also did a far better job of negotiating details of the sale than I would have done. We dealt with several realtors during our search prior to Deborah, and she was head and shoulders above the others. Our home was a rare find, and so is Deborah. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
