The market was changing and Molly trusted me and my opinions to get a great result. She was easy to work with and communicates at every step! And on top of that she is sooo sweet and kind. She made me feel like she would have given her family the same tips and advice. Regency as a company was great. The escrow side was super helpful and made the process seamless.

We worked with Molly during the entire course of home search & ultimate purchase in late 2021 & early 2022, during the craziest market for home buyers ever. Molly was such an amazing partner through it all. First & foremost, we felt strongly we could trust that she would look out for our best interests and advise us accordingly when it came to legal terms and negotiation. Molly’s industry experience and care for us, gave us no doubt that she was thoroughly reviewing all our offers, responses, and agreements to make sure we were getting good terms. Molly was also an exceptional help hunting for homes hitting the market that fit our desired criteria. She was always sending us options to check out and worked to get us a walk through asap to avoid losing out on offer time. Molly has a great network and knows many of the agents in OC, when helped a lot during our search and negotiation process. Since our purchase, Molly has been a fantastic resource for recommendations to home service providers i.e. termite repair, fencing, etc. We love Molly and would absolutely recommend her to any of our friends and family - she’s the best!
