We would not be home owners without Mark Goldberg! We met him as we were trying to navigate the confusion of purchasing during the COVID-19 pandemic alone. From the start his advice and direction was spot on for what we needed to hear and do to prepare to purchase our first home. What impressed us most is that he stuck with us. After weeks and weeks of touring homes, recalibrating the market as it pertained to us, and receiving rejection after rejection (by no fault of our own or Mark's...it's just the market right now) he committed to us that he was with us to the very end. Through all those weeks of anticipation and heartbreak, Mark became a friend as well as a confidante and realtor. When we finally found the home we felt would fit our needs, Mark didn't give up on us and continued to work day and night with the seller's agent as well as our mortgage broker to make the deal happen. We were not the highest offer, we were up against 26 other offers, but because of Mark's diligence, involvement, and guidance: we won the bid and closed without any issues in 21 days! We will continue to sing Mark's praises and be forever grateful to him for this experience. We would not have been able to do this without his tenacity and support and will definitely recommend him and, should the need arise, utilize his talents again in the future. Thank you Mark, this truly would not have happened without you!
