From our first chat, it was clear he genuinely cares, feeling more like a trusted friend in the community. As a veteran, I truly valued his expertise in selling our home, especially his brilliant work in transferring our fantastic low mortgage rate to the buyer – a huge advantage! Amir's local market knowledge is top-notch, and he was incredibly responsive, always keeping us in the loop. His proactive approach and superhero negotiation skills ensured we got the best deal. Thanks to Amir, our home selling journey was absolutely seamless and stress-free. Bruce Revilla is the most thorough and professional real estate agent I have ever worked with anywhere. I have had many real estate transactions in multiple states and have never worked with any who rise to his level of expertise and knowledge. I always recommend him to anyone looking for a competent real estate professional!
