I have now had the pleasure of having worked with Hans, Kristin, and Hannah twice. Once to sell my childhood home and once to purchase our first home. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were as a team. Hannah, who project managed setting up our childhood home for sale is responsive, punctual, and realistic in goals. Selling our childhood home was emotional and we felt very supported throughout the entire process. Hans and Kristin managed to get us above and beyond the price we expected, which showed us how well they know the crazy market in Alameda. When my husband and I decided to purchase ourselves, going with Hans' team was a no-brainer. At no point did we feel pressured into purchasing. We had a bit of a difficult purchase with a lot of back and forth with the selling agent and loan company. Even when we were out of town for a family vacation we felt comfortable that our best interests were being supported by their team.
