He gave us many suggestions and walked us through the complete process always being concerned about our comfort while We made our decisions. His concern also was directed to the seller (He was also the listing agent) The house had some issues that needed to be addressed, So with Jim's knowledge and negotiating skills We were able to come up with a good deal for both parties.
