I have never sold a home before, this property was a must sell. Debbie was recommended by a mutual friend. From the first telephone call to the final property transfer/recording, Debbie was there very step of the way guiding me through this maze of real estate. I do not live in the area, so Debbie shouldered my burden, she coordinated inspections, maintenance, showings, reviewing all documents with me no matter the time of day.
