Sheri took the burden of updating my grandparents house to get it on market and then she spent hours trying to sell it to the right new owners. I didn't want to sell to investors, to someone who would be renting it or tearing things out. I wanted the home to stay a home for the next generation. I wanted a family to love the home that held so many memories to be loved again. There were many offers and some were a match but for whatever reason the sale didn't go through. Not because of Sheri. It was me. I was holding out for the right buyers. Finally! they came and are now living their best new life in Roseville. They saw my vision. They fell in love with the gardens, the home, and the neighborhood. I am thrilled that this journey is over for me, but is just starting for them. Oh my gosh! Where do we begin??? From day one Christie was excited and ready to help us in our house hunt. She sent us listings immediately as they came up (some within minutes of listing!) and was always ready and willing to show us whatever house we wanted to see. We NEVER felt pressured to put in an offer because she knew what we were looking for and the specifics we wanted in a house. We used her as our agent for this as well and completely know that we would not have been able to sell our condo as quickly as it did without her expertise and knowledge.
