To whom it may concern; We have had the unique experience of being represented by Mario both as a buyer and as a seller. Residing in our Monterey County home for almost 30 years, we were not actively looking to move. But the only constant in life is change. He went as far as connecting us with contractors and home stagers to make our home the best it possibly could be. He even coordinated inspections and appraisals. There were no surprises left to chance. His team held many open houses and welcomed several dozen groups to see our home in person. In the end we capitalized on buyers that fell in love with our home and will likely love it as is and make their own memories there.
