We had a wonderful experience working with Garrett and would highly recommend them to family and friends. His knowledge of the local market, strong ties to the community, and real estate experience were invaluable throughout the entire process. One of the things that really set him apart was his background in renovating and flipping homes. He was able to give practical insight into renovations and which improvements would actually add value. Garrett knows the neighborhoods, local resources, and people involved at every step, and he was always able to point us in the right direction. We are so grateful for his guidance and expertise and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in the area.
Buyer of 7448 Wendy Drive, Rohnert Park
We first got in touch with him when we requested a last-minute showing the night before Thanksgiving. At the time we were looking at a pretty inexpensive house for the area, around $400k, and weren't even sure we were ready to commit to an agent yet. He showed up on short notice, didn't seem to mind that we were still figuring things out, and was happy to help. We ended up not buying that house. In fact, we moved our search north of his normal area and pushed our timeline back by a few months. Through all of that he was supportive, but never pushy. We never felt pressured to move faster than we wanted to. He was also just genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. House hunting can be exhausting, but he got along great with our whole family and somehow made the process fun. What I appreciated most was how straightforward he was. When he talked to listing agents, he'd tell us what they said, but he'd also make it clear that it was just what they said. We never felt like we were being fed marketing talking points. There were a few houses we really liked where he pointed out reasons they might be overpriced or highlighted concerns we hadn't considered. At no point did it feel like he was trying to maximize a commission. It felt like he was trying to help us make a good decision. One piece of advice from him that stuck with us was to focus on things you can't change, like location, lot characteristics, or house orientation, and worry less about things you can change, like paint colors or cabinets. That ended up being a really useful framework throughout our search. We moved into our new home about two weeks ago and absolutely love it so far. Looking back, we're really grateful for all the help along the way. We'd happily work with him again, and I sincerely hope he's still in real estate when it's time for our next move.

I cannot thank Craig enough for guiding me through the sale of my home. I was pessimistic about how the sale would go given recent market conditions and was also a bit skeptical about how much of a difference any upgrades to the home would make. I decided to trust Craig’s judgement based on his extensive experience and he blew my mind with the results. First of all, the home was beautifully prepared and staged. The website built for the home was very professional. Craig is meticulous in his work and generated a ton of attention with great marketing and nailing the listing price. In the end, the home received 30 offers and topped out at over $400k over asking price! It was a tough process putting so much trust into a person to help me through this but I’m glad that I chose Craig. I definitely recommend him to anyone selling their home!
