I cannot thank Craig enough for guiding me through the sale of my home. I was pessimistic about how the sale would go given recent market conditions and was also a bit skeptical about how much of a difference any upgrades to the home would make. I decided to trust Craig’s judgement based on his extensive experience and he blew my mind with the results. First of all, the home was beautifully prepared and staged. The website built for the home was very professional. Craig is meticulous in his work and generated a ton of attention with great marketing and nailing the listing price. In the end, the home received 30 offers and topped out at over $400k over asking price! It was a tough process putting so much trust into a person to help me through this but I’m glad that I chose Craig. I definitely recommend him to anyone selling their home!
