I met Tia at an open house, and was immediately taken by her openness, realness and honesty. She listened and did what she said she'd do. Though not long in the business, I trusted her. She did a whole lot more than long-timers I've had experience with, and she had a team backing her up. Tia sold my house and helped me purchase a new place, explaining each step of the way. Parts of my experience went smoothly, other parts had a few challenges; but I felt Tia was on my side at every step. In the end, the whole experience, with Tia at the helm, exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't have changed one thing, and I highly recommend her.

He was my support and guide for selling a home I had built and lived in for almost 48 years. His in-depth knowledge of the real estate market was invaluable and his thoughtful planning for preparing the property for listing paved the way to a successful sale in very little time. The outstanding group of suppliers he uses for inspections, construction, installations, staging, etc. executed his vision and transformed this long lived-in property into one that would appeal to much younger buyers. As with any large undertaking there are bound to be a few glitches along the way – some more serious than others. But Brian always approached these situations calmly and thoughtfully. He had great ideas and was always readily accessible. From start to finish he was a pleasure to work with.
