They recommended some renovations along with design suggestions and a contractor who could do the work at a reasonable price. Their input created considerable value in the home and got us much more in the sales price than what we originally thought we could get. Dan’s knowledge of the market, good design sense and professionalism were invaluable. We would recommend him, and Ellis, to anyone. On top of that, they are both genuinely nice guys and are a pleasure to work with!
