Selling our home was not an easy assignment. We bought at the peak of the market in 2022 before interest rates rose, and by the time we sold, market conditions had changed dramatically. We hoped to find an agent who understood what we needed from the sale and was willing to take on a challenge. Pamela did exactly that. From day one, Pamela showed up prepared. She walked us through a pricing strategy grounded in real market data and comparable sales while helping us navigate market uncertainty and the unique realities of selling in Oakland. Pamela doesn't tell you what you want to hear—she tells you what you need to hear. As difficult as that sometimes was, it helped us make better decisions, and in the end, the sale exceeded our expectations. From pricing and marketing to coordinating contractors, staging, and every detail in between, Pamela and her team managed what felt like a hundred moving pieces with incredible skill. She's also an exceptional project manager. We moved out of state before listing, but there was a constant sense of "Pamela's got it" that allowed us to trust the process. Her recommendations often felt less like suggestions and more like "trust me, this matters" and time after time, she was right. What stood out most was her persistence and hands-on approach. She didn't sit back and wait for buyers to appear. She leveraged her deep East Bay relationships, stayed personally involved, and despite having an outstanding team, was present at every open house. Her team deserves recognition as well. They were kind, attentive, responsive, and consistently delivered high-quality work. Pamela has high standards, and that culture of excellence carries through her team, vendors, and every detail of the process. Pamela was our advocate throughout the process. She's the kind of person you'll keep in your contacts long after the transaction is over because she's a great resource who genuinely cares. We can't recommend Pamela and her team highly enough.

Selling my home at 4401 Harbord Drive in Oakland could have been stressful, especially in a softer market—but Sami made it an incredibly smooth and positive experience. From the moment we met, he impressed me with his calm confidence, deep experience in the Rockridge market, and thoughtful approach to strategy and pricing. He truly knows this neighborhood—what buyers respond to, how to position a home, and how to price it just right to attract interest without leaving money on the table. Sami took care of absolutely everything—coordinating inspections, guiding the prep and staging process, managing contractors, and handling countless small details I didn’t even have to think about. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always patient, responsive, and honest in his advice. I never once felt rushed or left in the dark. What really stood out was how much he cared—not just about closing a deal, but about doing things right and making sure I felt confident and supported throughout. Thanks to his thoughtful planning, market savvy, and meticulous follow-through, my home sold quickly and at a great price despite the softer market. If you’re selling in Rockridge (or anywhere nearby), I can’t recommend Sami highly enough. He’s smart, steady, and genuinely invested in his clients’ success—a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

Kristen was patient, positive, persistent, and above all extremely knowledgeable about the East Bay housing market. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I didn't exactly know what we were getting ourselves into and Kristen was there for us every step of the way. She went above and beyond to show us lots of options around the East Bay as we discovered what we were really looking for. She helped us to present multiple offers and had a great understanding of prices that was incredibly valuable in such a competitive climate. In the end, Kristen helped us to find the perfect house and we couldn't be more appreciative of her support and commitment to helping us!
