Julie, did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Julie, was helpful at every stage of the transaction. From even before we hired Julie. She was helpful in evaluating our property, significantly helping prep the property for sale by identifying and contacting multiple service providers, staging the property and agressively marketing the property. Once bids came in, she was thoughtful in terms of comparing the bids. Overall, she did a great job.

I first met Julie as a neighbor, and over time came to see that she is someone with great integrity, passion, knowledge, smarts, and oodles and oodles of energy. When I decided to sell my condo by the lake, there was no doubt that I would turn to Julie to be my broker. I have sold and purchased homes in the past, and can say without reservation that Julie truly went above & beyond. She was my guide, navigator, resource & referral coordinator, hand holder, panic de-escalator, and all-around expert. I appreciated her honesty and humility above all. I have not hesitated to share her name with others!

Emma was kind courteous and quite thoughtful in helping me find my new home. I highly recommend her to home buyers in the Bay Area.

Emma helped us find our ideal home. We didn’t think we’d be able to find a home within our budget in the area that we did, but her keen eye and deep understanding of what we were looking for (and what we could love without) led to the one we eventually purchased. Emma went above and beyond to open the house for us a second time before putting in an offer, and being incredibly responsive. She has a knack for negotiating offers, and was able to get us a favorable price on our home. She continues to help us post close with recommendations for flooring specialists, locksmiths and more - everyone she’s recommended has also been great. We highly recommend Emma for your East Bay housing search!
