In the highly competitive buyer landscape in the Bay Area, it's important to have a well-connected realtor who communicates frequently and clearly. Look no further than Liz. She built a strong relationship with us, assessed pros and cons of various property types, and was responsive to all our thoughts and questions. Where her strengths shine even more is in the process between preparing to offer, offering, and getting the keys. Liz connected us with a network of options for mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, repairmen and inspectors. She identified people who already work well together, which made the entire process run so smoothly that it seemed like magic. What seems like magic is actually hard work on her part. I highly recommend her; what a resource through one of the most stressful times that come up in life.

Liz was incredible from start to finish. We were moving from Texas to California as empty nesters and had no idea which neighborhoods would be the right fit for us. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home. Even after closing, she has continued to be an amazing resource. She’s connected us with trusted contractors and professionals for repairs and upgrades, which has made settling into our new home so much easier. It never felt like she was just trying to sell us a house. She genuinely cared about helping us through every step of the process. We are so grateful for everything Liz has done and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and caring realtor.

My siblings and I selected Liz and her colleague Leonore Deaton as our counsel and guide to preparing and selling our parents' much beloved home of 30 years. Liz and Leonore guided and supported us through every phase of the process, with professionalism and empathy, building our confidence, honoring our questions and perspective, providing excellent resources and ultimately leading to a very successful result for all involved.
