Amy is a hustler—in the best possible way. While most agents are working open houses only on weekends, Amy was hosting extra open houses on Thursdays and Fridays, constantly putting in the extra effort to find opportunities for her clients. I worked with Amy as my buyer's agent, and she did an excellent job helping me secure a property at a price point I was comfortable with. It wasn't necessarily my ideal number (dang it - she was also the seller's agent), but it was well within the range I considered acceptable, and Amy helped negotiate a deal that made sense for me. Throughout the process, she was responsive, hardworking, and always looking out for my interests. If you're looking for an agent who is proactive, dedicated, and willing to put in the work, I would highly recommend Amy.

She got me 15k more than what we listed the property for. Since I was out of state she handled literally everything regarding the sale and did a fantastic job. She was honest direct and very proactive.
