Her professionalism was fantastic especially during the Covid-19 pandemic when we were in uncharted territory for having our house on the market and not sure if it would sell. On the purchase side during the height of the real estate frenzy (May '22), Grant got our offer accepted on our dream home for 2.5% lower than the highest offer. On the sale side during the market slowdown (Sept '22), he got us 4 offers within the first 48 hours on the market, and we accepted a bid for 3.75% above list by day 3 (while competing houses in the same area sat for 60-90 days). In both cases, Grant helped us secure favorable terms and we went from Offer to Close in only 21 days on both purchase and sale. The outcome for my family would not have been anywhere near as positive without their help, but the process and experience was also so much more memorable and enjoyable with them there by our side.
