I'm excited to recommend Realtor Kelly Crawford. He exceeded all our home buying expectations. On top of being a seasoned professional, Kelly is so great that he is authentic, patient, courteous and overall joy to be around. As a first-time homebuyer, he helped put my mind at ease over the many challenges of home buying. For example, Kelly walked us through the VA Home Loan process with no issues and helped us secure excellent financing from a bank he referred us to. It was fantastic to have someone like Kelly on our side because of his well-versed role in the Bay Area Real Estate Market and sound suggested recommendations for this turbulent market. He has a true talent for helping set realistic expectations and timeframes. We highly recommend Kelly and would use his services again!

We are relocating to the area and Julie helped us in multiple ways, starting with understanding our needs and likes to help us with our search, providing recommendations, pre-screening properties when we were out of the area and overall guiding us with excellent advice through the process of search and escrow. Our transactions had to be done via Exchange process and Julie helped us navigate that additional complexity as well. She is extremely professional, stays on top of the process, provides excellent negotiating recommendations and she is readily available for any questions. Overall, she goes the extra mile to have her clients succeed. We can’t recommend Julie enough, thank you for all your help.
