Mohseni Sales Group Reference 08Oct2020 Mike Haugh Mr. Mosehni and his sales group provide excellent service to people seeking to sell or purchase a house, their quality exceeding all others that I have worked with. We were looking for a place in Tennessee and selling our home of 38 years in Dublin CA. We found a desirable house in Franklin TN before the work needed on the Dublin home had been started. Mr. Mohseni performed his magic to convince an interested buyer to purchase the Dublin house “as is” so that the needed work could be done as the buyers desired. The price gave us the amount we had planned to market the Dublin house after the needed work had been paid for. There was still a gap between completing the Dublin sale and closure of the Tennessee sale. With typical enthusiasm, Mr. Morseni worked directly with the financial source for the California purchase to speed up the process. Simultaneously he worked with the Tennessee realtors to push that closure back by two weeks. In the end, the closures matched and eliminated the need for us to get interim financing. Mr. Mosehni also helped us in many ways to complete the preparations for the house sale and the actual move. His group provides enthusiastic and knowledgeable support through details of the sale process. I give you my strongest recommendation that the Mohseni Realty Group can produce the sale or purchase of a house and give you the best pricing and support.

My overall experience with Gilda as our realtor was exceptional. She delivered! I had no regrets getting her as our realtor. I am very happy with the outcome of our search for a new home. That is all because of Gilda's wit, professionalism, and understanding of the real estate market. Kudos to her!
