The price gave us the amount we had planned to market the Dublin house after the needed work had been paid for. There was still a gap between completing the Dublin sale and closure of the Tennessee sale. With typical enthusiasm, Mr. Morseni worked directly with the financial source for the California purchase to speed up the process. Simultaneously he worked with the Tennessee realtors to push that closure back by two weeks. In the end, the closures matched and eliminated the need for us to get interim financing. Mr. Mosehni also helped us in many ways to complete the preparations for the house sale and the actual move. His group provides enthusiastic and knowledgeable support through details of the sale process. Steve is a very experienced real estate agent and his experience really comes through as you work with him.
