Catherine was amazing! Due to her efforts, we got more than $51K over the initial asking price!!! She had a plan coming in to generate interest, before we even listed the home for sale. She planned the 'coming soon' marketing, professional photography, HD drone pics and videos with an overlay of the nearby city and the key points of interest, high quality flyers, virtual staging which looked like the real deal and more. Despite my many questions throughout the entire process, Catherine was always kind, friendly and promptly responded to all of my questions. She helped to guide me through the paperwork, disclosures and all of the red tape and made it as painless as possible. She even took immediate charge and got things back on track when there were delays, outside of our control, with the escrow.
