We moved to the Bay Area from VA sight unseen. We planned on visiting the region prior, but COVID wiped those plans away. As such, we had to place an immense amount of trust in Julie, not only in helping our family choose the right home based on our needs/wants, but also the best city for us given our unfamiliarity of the area. When we arrived in the Bay Area, we felt overwhelmed by the size of the region and competitiveness of the real estate market. Julie quickly helped us track down a home we absolutely loved in an area perfect for our family, but our excitement quickly dwindled when we learned the home had over a dozen offers.
