They prepared a timeline and strategy to have our home ready to go on the market in the prime time of year. Using other professionals, they identified improvements to the house to make the house and property more presentable. They coordinated and managed all the inspections, improvements and staging and did so with minimal disruption to our schedules. When the time came to put our house on the market, everything had been completed with time to spare. We had multiple offers and a signed contract within 2 weeks and they negotiated a higher price than the asking price.
