Jacque is a marvelous communicator. She really, really listens and is helpful in so many areas. She knows it all. How and when to price one's property, how to stage a home using mostly your belongings, what it takes for a simple yard make over and if you can't find someone to do the work in the proper time frame, then she does it herself! I have never worked with an agent who was so completely involved in the entire process. Plus she's really a good person! What more could one ask for?

Jacque is great and works too late. If you call her at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night she will pick up the phone to address whatever it is you are dealing with at that stage of buying your home. Real responsive and gets documents moving quickly. She has also connected herself to a good loan officer who will work to try to make things happen for you.
