After hearing from a old co-worker that Richard could take a really tough sale in this current market and get it marketed and ready. He really went above and beyond to get my Dad's home of 40 years SOLD. Rich just didn't get the listing and then I didn't see him until a price reduction was needed. He kept me informed of what needed to be changed in order to sell the house and staying in contact with me and anytime I called with a questions they were taken care of. I highly recommend him..
