As soon as the bidding was open, we received an offer $150,000 above the asking price, and the property was ultimately sold for $250,000 more. Mr. Good continued, as he had from the beginning, monitoring the entire process. He worked out an issue affecting the allocation, of property taxes. The sale closed only 14 days after my acceptance of the offer, with no complications.
