Simply put, Heidi is a phenomenal real estate agent with an almost uncanny sense of the market and a wealth of experience in Upper Rockridge. Selling a home lived in for over 30 years is complicated. Emotions permeate everything. Heidi managed the process with depth, intelligence, and poise. She outlined a robust plan, provided crews to touch up cosmetics where needed, and kept to a rational timetable that optimized for best sales outcomes. She did this all while communicating every step along the way and maintaining complete transparency. Ultimately the property was on the market only briefly, the sale price far exceeded the listing price, and a wonderful young family purchased a home that they can grow into for years to come. It was the best of all possible scenarios for all concerned.

Her knowledge of market values are spot on. She takes full control and follows through until the sale is complete.

Heidi was the first agent I reached out to sell my family home. She had sold a similar home to ours just one block away. After our initial phone conversation I knew I wanted to work with Heidi. She is extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable and has outstanding communication and follow-up skills. Throughout the process of preparing our home for sale, she was so supportive and offered assistance at every step of the way. She managed our expectations and was always available to provide advice. Without a doubt, Heidi was integral in helping us move out of the house which was a major process. She has outstanding resources to help make an overwhelming process much easier. We simply could not done it without her! We are so incredibly pleased with the new owners of our long-time (almost 70 years) home - a young family who will have the same experience of making Piedmont their home for many decades. My family could not have been more pleased with Heidi and all she did for us.
