He has helped me buy and sell two places in SF. This is where the low key comes in -- he keeps in touch and takes the time to really listen to what his client's hopes and needs in terms of buying or selling. He devotes as much time to his high-flying customers looking for a multi-million dollar home as he does to the first time buyer who is looking for a modest condo.
