First time was as I sold my Oakland condo back in 2015, the second when I bought a new construction home in Brentwood in 2016, and recently when I sold my house in Brentwood. Michael is detail oriented, plans ahead, foresees situations and diligently works to remove possible obstacles, is very accessible & approachable, communicates and provides timely updates, and overall extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Michael always caters to his client's needs and ensures satisfactory results. Michael was able to sell my condo in Oakland within one week above asking price, and recently has been able to accomplish the same within five days during the sale of my Brentwood home. I am very lucky that I made the right decision. Here is what I can say about choosing her - She gives you the most competitive and competent proposal straight up. I have encountered others that tried to start with high commission and then dropped down after hearing other offers I received - She was transparent and down to earth with her opinion but also respect your inputs and decision. She knows the local market very well and have the resources (construction/repairing/marketing) readily available to deploy to make the property appealing within a reasonable amount of time - I especially like her hands-on approach. She picked the light fixture/cabinet handles on her own and do the open house herself. I admired her treating the sale of property as a partnership not as a quick sale for profit. I think if you are to pick her as your real estate agent, you will not be disappointed.
