Karen was accessible, patient, and conscientious. We were already heavily into watching homes, so we would set up a list of homes we liked and Karen diligently scheduled property viewings for them. It was an overpay, but only by a little bit. I give Karen a lot of credit for keeping us in the running during the bidding.
