Renee was awesome! We had a complex transaction with lots of moving parts, as we relocated from the Bay Area. Renee was an amazing advisor and helped us negotiate to get our dream home. There were many highs and lows but she was with us every step of the way and really listened to our wants and concerns. We always felt she had our best interest at heart and acted accordingly. I don’t think we would have ended up getting the house we bought nor made it through the stresses of the transaction without her as our agent.

The staging was top notch, and with his effective pricing and marketing plan, We ended up under contract prior to the originally-planned listing date. He negotiated closing dates and selected a great escrow officer, leading to a closing 12 days prior to the date specified in the contract.
