Era has represented me multiple times over the past 20 years as a buyer and seller. I asked her to provide a market valuation to sell my home. She was very responsive, worked with my schedule, had professional pictures taken, and listed my property right away. I received multiple offers but they were lower than I had anticipated. I work in the real estate industry, so I contacted my lender and asked if the potential buyer could assume my FHA loan balance with a 3% interest rate. The lender said our loan was assumable so I discussed this with Era. I had received three offers from the same buyer. I asked Era to speak with the buyer’s agent and present the assumption scenario. Era helped me negotiate the terms with the agent and buyer. We agreed on a reasonable purchase price and went into contract. The buyers assumed my loan balance, secured an incredibly low interest rate, and payment. We were both satisfied with the outcome. Era was professional by every sense of the word. She was kind, knowledgeable, honest, respectful, reliable, and diligent throughout the entire transaction. I have learned that not all real estate transactions are the same, and it takes a special agent looking out for your best interests. I would highly recommend Era Polly if you are looking to buy or sell your home on the Central Coast. I will hire her again to purchase my next property.

Era is born and raised in Orcutt and has wonderful knowledge of the area and market. On the day we signed to list the house she already had a camera crew out taking pictures of the property and had contacted several realtors in the area. We had buyers looking at our property the next day (2 sets on Wed., 3 on Thurs., 2 on Fri. and 2 on Sun). Sunday night we had 3 offers, from signing to accepting offer 6 days and closing 2 weeks later.

Selling our home while trying to buy another in Gainesville, Georgia, could have been overwhelming, but Era made the entire process so much easier. Era is not only our real estate agent—she's also family. Even so, she treated our transaction with the same professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail that she gives all of her clients. From the moment we put our house on the market, Era was on top of every detail and kept everything moving forward. What really impressed us was how far she went to make sure both transactions stayed on track. She worked closely with our Georgia real estate agent, the seller's agent in Georgia, and everyone involved to coordinate timelines and keep the process moving smoothly. Her communication, organization, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. Once we received the offer we were hoping for, everything moved incredibly fast. We closed on our home in just three weeks! Thanks to Era's hard work and commitment, the entire process was smooth and stress-free, and we're now on the road to our new home. We know Era personally, but we can honestly say her work ethic, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients are what made this experience such a success. If you're looking for an agent who is responsive, professional, and truly invested in helping you achieve your goals, we highly recommend Era. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
